  • Had my BMW serviced here back in October under warranty. Whole thing was pretty smooth - staff was nice, didn't try to sell me anything (unlike in some of the other reviews that I read, which made me apprehensive about going to this dealership to get my car serviced). It did take a little long (2 hours) and I wasn't able to get a loaner because insurance didn't cover it and the dealership didn't have the option of purchasing temporary rental insurance like my other dealership did Cali. Will be going in again in a week for my 2nd car service. Will update if anything changes.
