  • Wow! Great service even though it is still a rental car facility. Usually, this is the part of the trip I always fear. We dropped off our rental from Burbank with ease. It's a little bit of a drive from the main airport, but super easy to navigate! Once we were inside, they had nice seating areas, clean bathrooms, and more! We walked right out to many buses waiting (they even have separate busses for each terminal!). The driver of the bus even loads and unloads your bags. Definitely one of the better rental car experiences I've had!
