  • This is my first bad review on yelp, but this business earned it. For context I have been getting Thai and Chinese reflexology in the US and abroad for many years. This business advertises Thai foot massage but the therapist, who was Chinese, delivered a very poor version of Chinese reflexology. When I complained while paying I was condescendingly told that if I wanted a "Thai" massage I should get the Thai yoga massage. Why then advertise the foot massage as Thai when it is not? Lastly the web site I made the reservation through stated the 90 minute massage was $45 but they charged me $55 saying that was the price in Scotsdale despite the misleading information on their web site. I waited 24h to hear back from my complaint and never received a call or email, hence I am writing this review. Bad, bad service, misleading advertising and poor customer follow up!
