  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! Management was rude, employees were rude and unprofessional. What kind of store sells wigs but you can't try them on and if you get home and don't like it...you can't return it. I will NEVER give them my money. You want to profit off of African American women (Me!)but you can't even be professional and courteous. Me and my mom went down the street to US Wigs and the people there were so much nicer and helpful and they gave us 10% off after we told them about our HORRIBLE experience at this place. NEVER AGAIN!
