  • Well I guess it's time I write a review. I've dropped my dog off for overnight care for 2 nights and daycare for 2 days. I first learned about Adventure on their opening day when they were offering a deal for overnight care. I purchased it in advance and although it was supposed to be for a specific date, Jason the owner was flexible enough to let me use it at any time. On opening day I dropped Bella off and Jason gave me a picture of Bella in their doghouse which I have framed and have it at work to see it everyday. I appreciate that kind gesture. I love that they are open until 9pm which makes it very convenient for working people. The only gripe I have is the price went up $5 per night since opening day which is now becoming quite expensive for a long stay. They used to have a discounted price for a long stay, I'm not sure if they still have this discount. Would be great if they still do. Another thing I wish they would reconsider is the specific times for drop off and pick up. Before we could drop off at any time and pick up at any time. Typically we would drop her off at 5 or 6 after work. From my understanding their times are 12 to 12 now. So if I drop her off at 6 I just lost 5- 6 hours then on pick up day need to pick up by 12 or you will be charged $3 per hour. I would love if they would reconsider this policy since most of the competition I can pick up any time until closing time. At least a 24 hour period would be better so if you drop off at 5 you have until 5 the next day. I do want to say that Jason is really fair and when I told him I would drop my dog off at 10 he said I won't be charged the extra hours. So I do appreciate his flexibility! I want to say that Jason loves dogs and has been very caring and helpful with all my calls and concerns over my baby Bella. When I told him other places have cameras where customers can watch their babies he told me he is in the process of installing one which I think is great! The facility is clean and does not smell. It seems like they take good care of the place. I love the little rooms the dogs stay in overnight. I trust that Bella is in good hands here.
