  • How Rude!!! I just called because my car is stuck and the guy on the phone clearly wasnt listening because I said I am in the smiths shopping center. My ignition wont turn on. He says oh well since you dont have the keys to your car its 100 plus $6 a mile. I said I have the keys but my car wont start. He then says are you stuck in a car wash. Like ??? Sobi say sir your not listening and then repeated myself. He then said well, we wont be helping you and hung up. Its 11pm at night and Im a female. I dont know what this guys problem but I am sickened by this service or lack there of!
