  • I had book through Presidential Limo 6 weeks in advance to our trip to Vegas for my wife's 30th. Our flight was delayed an hour so I called to make sure they were aware. A Lady on the phone assure me it would not be a problem and they would be there when we landed. No one was there, we waited 15 minutes and then called. We were told that the account said we would call when we landed??? This was never discussed. They said it would be another 10 minutes minimum to get a driver to us so instead of a private car with champagne, we stood in line and hopped a cab instead. I emailed my frustrations. I received an initial response that assured me a manager would follow up in an attempt to make things right. No one did. I sent another email. No one replied.... Very unfortunate customer experience. I hope they do better for other customers. ***After my review, Presidential did reach out to try and make things right. Better Late than never.
