The reply posted by Breathe Hot Yoga Mackenzie management to my complaint (feedback) is incorrect and misleading. We have not a single late cancellation of massage appointments so far. On their website, under my account there are 5 appointment changes / cancellations in the last 2 years, and all are early cancellations.
Therefore, the statement posted as reply to my comment is factually incorrect. I ask the management of breathe hot yoga Mackenzie to check their records before writing blanket statements that are not true, and aim to cover-up their inflexible attitude and rigid cancellation policy towards customers with medical emergencies. I ask you to change your style to be customer focused rather than profit driven. Try to alleviate customer complaints, rather than staying rigid.
