  • They still have the best craft beer selection in Charlotte in my opinion. Staff is friendly and always willing to suggest a beer that (hopefully) matches your pallet. My favorite is still the Jalapeno Pale Ale. No it's not spicy. Birdsong has a little something for everyone. The new building has lots of windows and an airy feel and is great for live music. It is nice and roomy. Very unique bar. Dog friendly too. Parking situation is AWFUL and requires a lot of negotiation. Needs to be fixed. The patio area has all the charm of a prison yard. Once these two problems are corrected it could rival NoDa Brewing as the premiere Craft beer establishment in Charlotte.
