  • I've tried to go to this place twice for service. The first time, they were so backed up (even though the lobby and lot were empty) the guy couldn't figure out when to bring me in. I sat there at his desk for over 20 minutes while he fiddled around with his computer and he got up and wandered around the room aimlessly before he suggested I come back the next day. Just to -set up- a time to get repairs. I said no and left. Almost a year later I figured I'd give the place another shot. The person I dealt with that time was rude, distracted and tried to scare-upsell me into service and maintenance agreements I neither needed nor wanted. Again I left in a less-than-happy mood. I wouldn't go there again even if they set out a tray of free cookies.
