  • Choose a different location. I have been a discount tire customer for years. The service at this store is not up to par. I bought 6 tires this weekend...four for one car and two for another. Sales person gave me an expensive option first even though I asked for a moderate option. Told me my tires would be done in an hour. They were done in two hours. I wouldn't have minded waiting two hours on a Saturday to get my tires done, I just would have liked to have been given a more realistic estimate. The worst part however, was getting into my car later and seeing my tire light come on. I went to the shop at Shea and Scottsdale where I normally go. The Phoenix shop had apparently rotated the tires without checking the air pressure. The two front tires were 10 pounds low and the two new ones were too high. I called this Phoenix shop to let them know my trouble. They were nice enough and offered an apology but nothing more. I will drive to Scottsdale from now on for my tires. I'd advise you drive by this Discount Tire store and find another that's up to par.
