  • Buyer Beware! If you try to cancel you must give a 30 day notice, so you will be paying for a month if you cancel and can't go. Also, I was shocked that I could not use another club at a different location. I was attending the Goodyear location for $59 a month and tried to get into the Scottsdale location, and my card was no good. The dues there are almost double, so I just decided to cancel. Always read the fine print on a health club contract you sign. This is my last or final experience with a health club. I should of known better! Please, Please, Please, be careful when you decide to sign up for Lifetime.
