  • I have twice received a receipt from this company when I have never used their services. The first time I contacted them they assured me they would get it corrected. I received a second receipt today four $3100. I contacted them to let them know it needed to be corrected or I would have no choice but to report them. The gentleman I spoke to stated "fine go ahead and report us if that's what you want to do", no apology was offered. He was by far the rudest individual I have ever dealt with on the phone. I would never use their services nor will I ever recommend their services. I am in the hospitality industry with multiple customers who use services like this and I will make sure they know to never use Epic.
