  • Their cupcakes are dry because they are previously frozen. Ordering a cake for a special occasion? DON'T do it here, unless you'd like it baked a week in advance, frozen and then thawed before decorating it and giving it to you! if i order a cake for a special occasion i expect it to be fresh not frozen in order to accomodate the amount of orders you have and thawed out before pickup. I'd get a fresher cake at a local grocery store. When you choose Quantity over Quality - you may as well close your doors because pretty soon everyone else will catch on.
