  • I've frequented the Duckworth's in Ballantyne and service and food has always been good. I recently decided to call in an order for pick up at the North Tryon location and went I came home and started eating my blackened chicken ceasar wrap, I noticed a light brown strand of hair lodged in my wrap (I have jet black hair, btw.) Needless to say I threw the rest of the wrap away. Wasted my $10. Won't eat here again. Maybe the chefs should try pulling their hair back and wearing hair nets, because there's absolutely no excuse for this. Disgusting.
