rev:text	ZERO STARS!!!! First off, I should clarify that I didn't receive service from this company...because they NEVER SHOWED UP! I heard about this company from livingsocial, purchased the deal, and attempted to schedule an appointment...multiple times. The first couple times (THREE total) I called in the middle of the day and ended up leaving messages and NO ONE called me back! Ok, sure, I figure they're quite busy with all their business, whatever. I tried again in the evening and actually got a hold of Josh, and was able to schedule an appointment almost two weeks later (I should add, the appointment ended up being scheduled AFTER the livingsocial deal's expiration date-BIG RED FLAG). I told him how I heard of them, that I was concerned with the appt being after the expiration date, etc and he assured me that as long as I scheduled the appointment prior to that date, they'd honor it. The day of the appointment rolls around (VALENTINES DAY, of all days) and the time Josh had scheduled to show up at my house came and went...I gave him the benefit of the doubt: he's running late, stuck in traffic, etc... Over an HOUR after the scheduled appt, I called the company and NO ANSWER, left a message letting them know I was still waiting for him to show up, wanting to know if we were still on for the day, trying to find out SOMETHING of what's going on. I NEVER got a call back. This company has the absolute WORST customer service ever-I even checked out their website prior to make sure they're legit and it goes on and on about how they're big on customer service-turns out that's a load of crap!! I ended up calling livingsocial and got credited back the amount I'd paid but what really irks me is that because it was after the expiration date, this crappy business with their horrible customer service kept their $$!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!! The only good that came from this is that after talking to coworkers at the hospital about my issues with these guys, I've found an AWESOME company, Lights Out Exterminating, that I'm going with instead! Oh, the yelp reviews on their website have got to be FAKE because I'm not finding anything good on these guys!
