| - Decided to go to Big-O and pay the extra $7 bucks over WalMart to have a flat repair done, because when I called this shop, the guy on the phone said there was no wait. I arrived (literally) within 5 minutes and every bay was occupied. At that moment, I knew I had been duped. The guy who wrote me up said that they "just got real busy."
You mean to tell me, that in the 5 mins it took me to get to your shop, you were able to service 6 customers, advise them, get their vehicles in the bay and up on the rack, then for every one of those customers except for one to disappear, nowhere to be found? These guys must be miracle workers!!! On the flip side, I was in and out within an hour (which is what I was quoted at the shop).
One suggestion, if someone is just getting a flat repair done or getting new tires, but has dirty rims, please don't armor-all the tires. I know it's part of the "service," but it just muddies up and makes an already dirty rim look dirtier.
