  • Called A Authentic on Saturday afternoon, explained problem with garage door opener and they scheduled a tech for Monday between 6-8 pm. The tech, Hector, called at 6:07 indicating he would arrive in 20 minutes. Hector arrived a 6:25 pm. Very pleasant gentleman. I explained the problem and he indicated a new opener was necessary. He explained all options with the new install and product indicating the install would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. The entire process took 1 1/2 hours including demo of the new opener and features. Hector was very helpful and courteous. I had used this company many years ago for spring replacement at a previous residence. They are professional, courteous and prompt. Thank you for the excellent service.
