  • My girlfriend is getting married and we went here for her bridal dress and our bridesmaids dresses. #1: We walked in and they only had an appointment for the bridesmaids and not for the bride, luckily they could fit her in right after the bridesmaids appointment... #2: It was just OK in the help we were getting by Kaci. She was in and out with us, taking her sweet time, and just seemed very unorganized. But the most important thing was the bride! When it came to her fitting, at first Kaci was helpful picking out and bringing dresses to her, although this to was a 10-15 minute wait or so.. The bride is open minded at the moment to what kind of dress she wanted, fit and flare, ball gown, A line, ect... Mind you, this is the FIRST time she is looking and trying on dresses.. #3: She had tried on only about 4-6 different dresses before Kaci got irritated, impatient and rude. Kaci was practically FORCING the bride right then and there to make a decision as to what kind dress she wanted.. I mean we are spending thousands of dollars here for a bridal consultant to act like this toward us?! (Maybe she wasn't up to par on her commission paycheck.) The bride had to repeat her self numerous times that she was unsure and open minded.. (I'm sure this is NOT the first time they had to deal with a bride who was unsure of what they wanted) Finally, Kaci just shrugged her shoulders and said "I cant.. I just cant.." and walked away to never return with an apology of her actions. (If she can't handle an indecisive bride, I couldn't imagine how she would have handled a bridezilla.) The family/friends who were there were appalled by this girls unprofessional demeanor. About 15 minutes later, the manager, Katie, came and helped us. #4: We told her our thoughts about Kaci and she tried to justify her actions. WRONG. She should have just apologized to us and for Kaci's actions and that's it. Katie was helpful though and patient as any bridal consultant should be. The only reason we would come back here is because we think the bride found the dress, if she didn't, we definitely would never come back here.
