| - Their work seems to be ok so far the problem is over promising and under delivering, which is a problem for most auto repair places. I took my car in Monday morning to have a gear shift cable replaced. A two hour job that ended up taking 4 days. They were waiting on a part to come in from the dealership. I even offered to go pick up the part myself, but they kept saying it should be on its way. That left me renting a car for 4 days, adding almost $200 to a $360 car repair bill totaling almost $600. Also, the arm rest had broken off while in their possession. This had happened before, so I was not upset about that. What concerned me was that they did not put it back on, and said they needed to get some glue, which they could have done before I came to pick up the car. Now I will need to find time to go back out there, so they can put the arm rest back on, which will take less than 1 minute to do. I assume they are busy cause they do good work, but that comes at a price. Rather than taking care of the customer, they are trying to get as much work done as possible.
