  • The elderly, well-dressed female cashier, likely the owner, demonstrated poor customer service as she refused to accept a current, nationally accepted, manufactures coupon from Philip Morris, specifically for parliament cigarettes. This manufacturers coupon for $2.50, does not expire until November 30, 2017. The coupon is essentially universally accepted. I have used similar coupons at numerous other retailers including smoke shops as well as gas station and supermarket. I have used similar coupons monthly over the years and I've never been denied usage at any retailer that sells the exact product. There was no convincing this argumentative and stubborn employee or owner to accept this coupon. I therefore left the business without making a purchase. I highly recommend that if you happen to be a smoker, or a fan of consumer affairs that you boycott purchasing cigarettes or any other product that comes with manufacturers coupon including soda as well a snack foods from this Establishment that does not value it's clients that keep her in business.
