  • I had a issue with a loan officer there and Bill Bright went over and beyond to make things right. He understood and listened to me on the situation. By him responding and wanting to make me feel comfortable means a lot. Alexis was also great listening to me and making sure I was taken care of. Sometimes as Realtors we do not get that treatment from management at a mortgage company. Ryan reached out to me today too wanting to let me know more about the company services. Bill, Alexis, and Ryan rock!!!!
