  • Bad service from when we arrived the hostess was sloppy and he seated us and was not friendly, the server William literally had not even come to our table to acknowledge us to even say I will be right with us , he kept passing us over finally after almost 10 min my husband said something then he bought us our drinks and took then left and another 5 min before coming back for our order then he took our order didn't write any of it down after 14 min of waiting for our food it comes out cold and on top of that the pancakes came out sloppy and messy the fruit topping was Everywhere and not on the pancakes and then after all of that there was hair on top of the butter on the toast. The service and the food was horrible today. We have been here once before the service was excellent and food good as well but today the staff that was on was awful not customer service oriented and not at all happy to be at work.
