I was having a lot of shoulder pain and I just couldn't take it anymore. I went to my family doctor and he tried a cortisone shot and nothing. He said I needed a specialist and I went to Dr. Crovetti. His facility is really nice and it's also convenient to have x rays and MRI done right in the office. I was told after my MRI that my bicep was torn away from the shoulder and that I had bone spurs as well. Surgery was my only alternative. So I had the surgery, Tim Solder did the physical therapy down stairs. They are great. But I was experiencing a lot of pain still in my shoulder. When you call and talk to the girls in the office after surgery with just about anything good luck getting someone to talk to you. My therapist at Tim Solder finally reached out to the Dr and I made an appointment to go talk about the pain. This was at least 4 weeks after surgery. He said it was fine and pain was to be expected. I wasn't feeling like it was normal but continued therapy. A couple more weeks went by and I complained once again about the same pain and saw the Dr just to be told it was normal. My therapist and I did not feel the same way. I was told it would take a year before it felt 100%. Well after about 10 months I went back to see him and he said I needed another MRI and that I would probably have to have surgery again. He acted like it was no big deal about it, I complained for months about my shoulder and he blew me off. Now he says I need another surgery like it's no big deal. I talked it over with my family Dr who've I've had as my primary Dr for over 10 years and he said if he couldn't get it right the first time do I really want to see him again?? My answer NO! This is a super nice facility but I felt like I was in a human quick lube when it came time for surgery. If the surgery would have been a complete success my tune would be different and I asked a lot of questions before the surgery and he calmly told me I had nothing to worry about. It's a little over a year later and now I have to figure when I can get this done all over again and once again be out of work. These people just don't get that when a person misses work it costs a lot of money, even with short term disability. Very disappointed.
