  • Good cuts, which is most important, but I agree that scheduling is an issue. The reason they take your coat and serve you tea is because they don't start on time -- I was kept waiting at least 15 minutes for every appointment, even without other clients ahead of me. Maybe it is part of the groovy laid-back vibe they want to promote, but to me it is disrespectful of my time. If I want to relax and sip tea before my haircut I'll arrive 15 minutes early. So I am here seeking a new salon...
