  • WARNING!!! Rsinbow/215 WORST PF LOCATION EVER!!! Too bad you can't give negative stars Employees here are as follows; impolite, discourteous, uncivil, ill-behaved, unmannerly, lacking in skill or grace. Possible fraud, false advertisement and even intentionally deceptive billing policies. Class Action anyone? First, I would like to say that I have been a member of PF once before, had to cancel due to surgery that took me out of the game for about a year. That was at a different location, under different franchise management and I had no issue cancelling over the phone and even got a refund for the month I canceled since I was charged just a few days before I called to cancel, 2 days after I got out of the hospital. My first experience was pleasant and so I decided to come back to the PF family but made the mistake of signing up at this location due to convenience. Chyne, if that is how you spell her name, (General Manager) is never available in person or over the phone. I have heard she is very rude and impatient by other current and former members. If I ever get in contact with her, I will find out first hand. Second, DO NOT BELIEVE THE "NO COMMITMENT" contract, that is an outright false statement. They do not explain the fees involved if you want to cancel, as well, they make it nearly impossible to cancel. I am willing to bet they require BANK ACCOUNT info for this reason, besides, how safe do you think your banking info is with these people that can barely maintain a phone call and a few questions, let alone the horrible maintenance of the place.? Third, the employees at this location are SERIOUSLY lacking in professionalism and customer service. It seems they are hiring children still in high school, or fresh out of high school with no formal training at all. I have had better service from much more mature employees at fast food restaurants ironically. The employees here are unhelpful and RUDE!, When I say rude, I mean, it seems like if they do train employees, it is on how to be condescending and borderline disrespectful. I had to make numerous calls to this place, and finlly had the last straw after dealing with an employee by the name of Bontay, sounded like he could use some training and possibly still in highschool. Fourth, THEY REQUIRE ACCOUNT AND ROUTING INFORMATION!!!! Seriously, I thought that was odd, but figured I could trust them, MISTAKE. They do this so that they can continue to charge your account even after you notify them that you want to cancel, and because they know it is more difficult and inconvenient to move you entire account rather than cancel your debit, or credit card, Sounds like they have planned this out well to steal as much as they can. Fifth, there are about 12 PF locations LV, 9 of them are owned by one franchise, and they are amazing, I mean, really great places to go, i highly suggest going to any of them. This location is one of the 3 smaller franchise ownerships but STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM AND AVOID DEALING WITH these crude and rudimentary hired hand personnel. Rather than finding the encouraging and professional staff other great PF locations have, here you will find fast food eating, desk jockeys spending a majority of their time gossip and ignoring members that doing their job such as, cleaning the workout floor and equipment, making sure the locker rooms are hygienic and sanitary, or assisting members with inquiries. Sixth, and I will end it here, however, the list of reasons to avoid this location could continue, any calls made to inquire about the services, or policies, cancellations or anything other than the basic, "what are your membership fees" you will be meet with a horrifying example of the best way to offend current, past or potential clients. This location has no regard or interest in member retention. The personal and custom training here is a total joke. In summary, avoid this location, I suggest highly the Arroyo Crossing location. Otherwise, your money is better spent with AnyTime Fitness. Feel free to share with me your experience here if you have had any some or all of these issues. Message me if you are interested in filing a class action against this franchise.
