Went here for brunch the day after Halloween.
Our waitress tried really hard to keep things up, but another staff member was a no show and it was very obvious. Even more than not having another server, the kitchen was really backed up and the food took an insanely long amount of time.
I will say that the chicken and waffles were some of the best I have ever had, though if you are looking for a traditional waffle then you are not going to get what you expected. This waffle was light and crisp and had almost a sourdough aftertaste that paired really well with the chicken and the syrup. Personally I thought the gravy was superfluous and a bit unappealing in that it was quite congealed in the cup and not warm.
