  • Disappointing. Not a true concrete - really soft and liquid in three seconds. Too sweet and too bland at the same time. Maybe they were having a bad night. I think a concrete should be like a DQ Blizzard, so hard you can turn the cup upside down. First and last visit. At least it was a decent value.
