  • This morning I took my car to chad at a different location than I originally took my car to, he fixed the scratches and I'm very thankful and happy with todays service. I never write bad reviews, but I felt like I should warn someone else. I've been taking my car to this car wash for about a year with no real problems except being expensive but it was close to me which made it convenient so I continued to come here, but I'm very disappointed with my wash today, as normal I went ran my car through the wash & waited for it to get detailed. When It was done, I noticed a huge scratch on my passenger side, that looks wiped on by whatever sponge they use, I was told that I must have parked my car somewhere, this scratch is high on my suv and well it doesn't look like an "accident" happened in some parking lot. I'm very particular about my car, like most of us are and for them to tell me I did it was absurd. I was also told that maybe next time they could buff it out but it just sounds like a money scam to me & also the fact that they threw blame around, made me feel very offput by this place and makes me question the integrity of the people you trust your car with here. I won't be coming back here, for the money it should be worth it but it might as well be a 20$ wash rather than 50+. I'd reconsider bringing your car here.
