  • The doctors, Dr. Pollock and Dr. DeLozier who no longer is there, are great. The staff from the front desk, medical assistants to the office manager are not friendly and rude. My surgery appointment was canceled by the office manager/surgery coordinator without trying to help me. I did not get no options or advice on how to handle or proceed. At the end of the conversation of bad news, the office manager/surgery scheduler said, "Enjoy the rest of your day." On that note I will take my services elsewhere and see someone else than deal with that. Unfortunate for the wonderful doctors working there. The office would've had 4-5 stars if the support staff were polite and friendly.
