  • Ummm, YUM! Food is delicious! Even as a gluten free chick, I have many options!! Starting with my fav ciroc vodka...the bartenders are always happy to make me a fun, delicious martini before I go to my table. I always have the spicy shrimp cocktail and then usually the longhorn burger because it reminds me of the south where I'm from! Of course, with no bun or sauce! :) My friends LOVE their shakes with alcohol, especially the cereal one, lol. The staff is very cool and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect because it's in the middle of all the Cosmopolitan action. You can see the lines forming outside marquee, the glamour of the Chandelier bar and right below is the action filled casino. Good times are guaranteed at Holsteins!
