  • This is my happy place. If you want to enjoy a cup of real coffee in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, you won't find a coffee shop better than this one. Even though there are plenty of coffee places in the area (ah, so sad I'm moving out from Fairview), Troubadour is honestly the best out of them. Not only you'll get a cup of quality real brewed coffee, but you can also enjoy the cozy atmosphere, relaxing music, and forget about screaming kids you observe in Starbucks. The owner of the place is the great person who definitely knows his stuff and can tell you about coffee more than you could ever imagine. However, if you are into sweet mixed coffee drinks from fancy coffee shops, approach with caution. All coffee served black and there is no sugar, which is a great opportunity to taste real coffee that is so hard to find in America with their Pumpkin Vanilla Chocolate Latte and other weird stuff with a lot of calories, sugar, and zero real ingredients. But here is a shortcut! If you, like me, still can't get used to unsweetened drinks, just order Mocha, which is a real coffee blended with a handmade cocoa mix. It's smooth, sweet, rich, and super tasty!
