  • I disagree with the term " false allegations." It was my opinion after looking around. The fountain was badly stained, the bench in front of it as well. It's difficult to disputes trash and cigarette butts as they were clearly on the ground. I am not a retaliatory type person at all, I simply stated what I found to be true. Perhaps you could look at it as constructive criticism and address the issues so you wouldn't have anything brought up in the future. I was not upset that you didn't have my date open but I certainly didn't understand why you would choose to go through the trouble of litigation as opposed to resolving the matter with everyone concerned best interest at heart.
