My review is based on an online order placed Jan. 15, 2018. I received the order confirmation promptly (for two items) and even the delivery details (via local courier). When the package arrived, only 1 of my 2 items were in the box, so I decided to follow up a few days later in case the 2nd piece was arriving from another warehouse....it's now Jan. 29th and still nothing. I've emailed customer care (twice) and even sat on hold a few times until I was automatically put into their voicemail. It's very frustrating and also not a good sign that people can't get through to customer service because they're so busy with issues/complaints. I know I've never called a customer service line to give compliments.
