  • I moved away from Las Vegas over a year ago - but prior to that I visited this waxing center for about 18 months - no issues. It was fine. I went back this past weekend on a return visit to Vegas.... traveled from the strip specifically to get a brow was here as my previous experiences were good. However....this time...not so good. I can't remember the girls name who waxed me but she waxed a strip out of the middle of my brow. So, it looks like my brow is cut into two pieces. Not only did she rip my brow in half but she tried to cover it up with a really really dark powder over my very light eye brows. I got to my car and looked at it carefully and started to wipe the powder off...only to see the damage that was done. I went back into the store and told them i came in with an intact eyebrow ..and left with a mutilated one and they needed to fix it. The 'trainer' came to help me out. She re shaped me and showed me how to use the powder, which they gave me complimentary ...cause, um..yeah you guys cut my eye brow in half. My review is for the waxer that mutilated my brow ..but clearly there is some training issues going on.
