  • We just replaced our 2002 Ford Explorer with a 2016 Highlander and the process could not have been smoother. We went back and forth with several dealerships then I spoke with Jason Harrelson at AutoNation Toyota Tempe. I told him what we were looking for (color, options, etc) what we were looking to spend and he delivered, plain and simple. We got exactly what we wanted at the the price we were looking to spend. It does not get any better than that. We had to wait on the delivery of the vehicle and in that time he had prepped all the paperwork and also ordered us roof rails which were not on the factory build. Once it arrived we just had to test drive it and then meet with finance. The finance representative, Griffin, walked us through the process and showed us warranty options, maintenance packages, etc. with zero pressure. After that was done Jason showed us every option and function on the vehicle. and gave us some tips on how to use them and how to "break-in" the engine. This was our first Toyota and we took it up to Prescott the following day and absolutely love it. A great buying experience here. We are probably going to replace our Hyundai sedan next year and I am leaning towards a Camry and I would definitely do business here again.
