  • NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They were HORRIBLE from the very beginning. They showed up an hour late. The movers did not even have my current address or the address I was moving to. They also told me I didn't have to pay for travel charges. Then they charged me an extra hour for "travel charges." The movers (professional movers in arizona mind you...) showed up without any water or beverages for themselves. They drank all of our water and even poured water over themselves and got all wet while they moved our stuff. And then AFTER we moved one of the guys asked "Do you have anything ELSE to drink". LIKE WATER WASNT ENOUGH?! The movers complained about how hot it was outside constantly. They also reminded us to tip them about 10 times throughout the day. I confirmed with the main guy 3 times "we started at 230 so we have til 530, right?" and they said yes each time. Then at 430 the guy says "We're over time already. As long as you tip us out I won't say anything to my boss about it." I argued with him to no avail. One of the movers stayed in the truck the ENTIRE TIME. My girlfriend and I moved EVERYTHING into our new house and out of the old house. The movers were hardly worth anything. They hardly helped. Both of them took bathroom breaks during the move which is bullshit cause I shouldn't have to pay for that. At the end, they tell me THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE BROKE YOU HAVE TO GO GET CASH. Like what planet are we living on where a company doesn't take card? People moving have $300 in cash on them? Are you serious? This was the worst company I have ever used in my life. DO NOT LET THEM MOVE ANY VALUABLE OR BREAKABLE STUFF. THEY THROW EVERYTHING AROUND AND STACK STUFF WITHOUT ASKING WHAT IS IN THE BOXES.
