  • Purchased 5 room groupon and only had them do 4 which should have made everyone happy. I felt like I landed in the cross-sell up-sale zone. Including at the final signature where I was asked to fill in "for his boss" if I was giving a tip. I already had tip in hand but now I felt pressured all of a sudden. The work was good, nothing spectacular but the experience was terrible and I couldn't wait for them to leave before they tried to sell me something else. I was left with three flyers and asked to call them direct next time and not to have to go through groupon (who got them the work in the first place - nice partner)
