  • I have been coming to this store since they opened. Have spent quite a bit of money here. Went there yesterday Saturday, and spent about 109 dollars. I told the ladies that I had received a coupon on my phone. They said I could enter my name on their machine up front and it would come up. I get texts from them all the time with 50 percent off one item, etc. Well once again, I explained that I had received a discount text and they just stood there and looked at me. When someone shops in your store often and spends lots of money there, you should probably honor the discount that You sent to them???? Obviously they are texting these things out. The two ladies just stood there. Charged me full price and when I explained I had been a long time customer since day one, they should have offered the discount. Nope. Smirky little smiles on their faces and attitude for days. Not acceptable in a small business. There are tons of places like this to shop in Gilbert. They won't be seeing me back anytime soon. Take care of your customers before you don't have any. Boo! Do not recommend.
