  • I wish I could give this place a BIG FAT ZERO star rating because they honestly are so rude. I waited in the car while my boyfriend and sister went inside to get some work shoes, they had a $5 online coupon that was emailed to us from famous footwear, stating that we could use it once in store or online. They came back to the car and said they weren't able to use the coupon because it didn't have a "barcode." So I went in the store because I wasn't going to play games with these people. We were greeted so rudely by "Chris" the assistant manager (ha you would think she'd be a better ASM, and all about customer service but I guess not) I asked them why they wouldn't take the coupon and they said because it didn't have a barcode, and then I said but it states we would be able to use it in store, I don't know why the coupon would say that then. Chris and this other lady looked at us cluelessly and then looked at our phone reading everything just to tell us it "was an online only coupon" LIKE COMMON IT SAYS IN STORE OR ONLINE!!! So disappointed with this location. And Chris needs to learn some customer service if she's going to continue to be the assistant manager.. I mean no wonder this place was dead and no one was shopping. I'll be taking my business to Payless shoes!!! BEWARE!!!
