  • Up until 4 weeks ago, I lived in Toronto, having recently transferred with my work to Washington, DC. I realize now in hindsight how fantastic the groomers and staff are at this petsmart having my puppy groomed there several times. It is obvious to me that the grooming staff are caring, love dogs and have been well trained. I really like that the actual groomer your dog gets is the one you talk to directly about your service. The petsmart grooming in DC that I went to is soo scary. While checking my puppy in, I had my initial hesitation, and long story short, after picking up my items in the retail store, I went back to the grooming salon to check him out Immediately. This petsmart grooming is top notch! I only wish this was in DC!
