  • This store takes the cake for astonishingly rude customer service. First when I tried to return a defective product, they told me they aren't accepting returns until their sale is over. "Come back Monday" barked the associate Roy with not a word of regret for the inconvenience. As I was turning to leave, he saw the box in my hand where I had torn it open and again barked, "What happened to the box? It has to be returned in exactly the same condition as it was received." After I explained that I had to open it to take out the phone (which was in the same condition that it was received,) he sneered, "See you on Monday." Truthfully, I've never experienced anything like this. I try to avoid shopping at Walmart but the fact is that the Dufferin Mall Walmart electronics department stocks just about everything that the Source does (often for a few dollars less) and it's only two minutes further down the Mall.
