  • Just ordered a chicken tortilla soup from Delica through Uber eats. I was shocked to find that it was a broth with over cooked pieces of chicken and sad looking pieces of limp tortilla that were never crisped up. And on top of that it smelled off. You can't call it a chicken tortilla soup if it's not a hearty soup with a crispy tortilla topping! Just took a sip and decided to get rid of it. Complete waste of $20!!!!
