  • Although the installation was done to my satisfaction, and the price was good, I'm having a real problem getting Jeff to come back and make some repairs. The caulking used to hide a joint has shrunk. This has exposed the joint. This has happened in a few places. I have called him numerous times to have it repaired with only one response. "Nicole will call and schedule". I received no call. I called only to get an answering machine every time. My friend who has used The Crown Moulding Co before warned me but I went with them anyway. So, be warned.
