  • I've been here over a year and just signed another lease because of the hassle of moving but I'll move out shortly. I would have given this place 5 stars because of location, super nice staff and clean, well groomed grounds and buildings. They lost one star because of the cabinet counter upgrades that are so cheap they peel off in a month and start absorbing dirt and looking really bad. They lost another star because when I signed the first lease they told me yearly increase would be reasonable, around $20 or $25 but they increased my rent nearly $80 and blamed new owners, which is probably true. Additionally, they force all new lessees to sign for valet trash at $25 per month. I almost always eat out and don't have trash, maybe once a month. So they shafted me for $25 a month for something I don't even use. Again the manager and girls at the office are super nice and buildings are OK but only 3 stars. And I can't emphasize more, the girls in the front office and the manager Spring are the sweetest, nicest people you would ever meet! Seems like it is the owners that tie Management hand with these issues. Overall, good people and nice complex to live in!
