Overall a great experience! However, the 2 stars is due to one staff member, Brittany (she has distinctive characteristics). Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe customers were giving her a hard time, something in her personal life is impacting her, or just simply she was in a bad mood? Who knows. I hope the next time I go there and I have to interact with Brittany, she is in a better mood. And I hope when you go there, that Brittany is in a good mood. If there is something that is making her unhappy, I just hope she doesn't take it out on the next customer. But really, in the end, I hope Brittany finds her happiness.
