The warranty company for my pool heater sent out Andrew with BB & G Electric to look at my heater. Not only was he able to correctly diagnose the problem (there was water in my gas line), but, as a new home owner, he talked me through some of my pool equipment and even mentioned that I should get a self closing gate to my back yard to help with liability. In addition to all that, he was a very nice guy, and returned to my house after the water had been removed from my gas pipe to make sure everything was in working order.
