FYI, when "management" writes you a message of apology and asks you to call them so they can rectify things...the number they give is their claims department where you report damaged items. Surprise surprise, they're not helpful either! They just tell you to email management instead. What a JOKE!!!
Management is only responding to these poorly rated reviews so that it looks like they're making it right. In reality they continue to give customers the run around and mislead those who read the comments.
All My Sons is truly an embarrassment to the local business community and I will make sure everyone I know is made aware.
