  • Absolutely, the worst. This company quoted out a price over the phone without even looking at the carpet. When they got there, it more than doubled, with them stating the price on the phone was for the "steam clean" and shampooing the carpet will cost twice as much, which was not mentioned at all when given the quote. After the job was done, we were told it would take 4 -6 hours for the carpet to dry. 24 hours later, the carpet was still damp. I can say that I will NEVER use these guys again, nor will I ever recommend them for any jobs in the future. Good luck to anyone who works with these people
