  • Do yourself a favour and don't even THINK about going to this location. I don't care if you have to go to the other side of the city. One star isn't a low enough rating for how horribly abysmal, unprofessional and deceiving this place and it's idiotic employees really are. I rented a car for my in-laws to go to Niagara for the weekend. We said we didn't want insurance. Not only did they try to scam us for it but they tried to add another full days rental. We also didn't receive the $350 deposit nor the scammed insurance until we called their head office 3 weeks later. The manager Gobi is a complete imbecile and one of the sorriest excuses for a "manager" that I've ever seen. The fact that this location is still in business or has the same staff is absurd, but I can't be bothered to escalate it further, because these people are not worth my time, nor yours. Just listen to me and go somewhere else. Trust me. And if head office is reading this, I would advise you terminate all the completely useless and incompetent employees at this location. More specifically that rude, unprofessional idiot named Gobi.
